Just wanted to share our shindig with the family ;-)
I worked with Sunnyvale for Obama, a group in the south San Francisco Bay Area/Peninsula area... the humble webmaster and graphic design support. I don't know if our page there has been updated yet, but I'll be crossposting there... as soon as my friend comes back from the bar with another drink, heh heh heh..
Ooops, gotta take a break to sing America the Beautiful... again.
The band, in the other room... I lost my connection in there, but they were fun, and had percussion I usually only see in flamenco bands. If I find out who they are, I'll post it ;-)
People having fun...
We at Sunnyvale for Obama joined the Santa Clara group (who is now South Bay for Obama) for thier big party. Good food, drink and talk... so much talk I missed the food and am now way way late in posting this... so it goes... heh.
I was supposed to be live-blogging, but people kept stopping by the table. Those of you who can do this, I salute you!
Met some new friends, which is a big deal for an introvert like me... talked with a couple others who also came out of their shells to work on this campaign. Maybe there is hope.
My friend, and proud veteran, Cindy... love the accessories.
It is late now, and I'm going to finish this up now. Hope everyone here had half as good of a time as I did. I'll leave it here, and let the photos do the talking since I'm past doing it. Those of you who were waiting for me to post this...
Hi!
No fancy formatting this time, but I wish everyone a Happy President Obama and a Vice President Biden to you too ;-)
