According to the BBC:
Polls are closing in the presidential election in Honduras after voting was extended for an hour to allow large numbers of people to cast ballots.
If this is the case, then a certain Manuel Zelaya has been discredited, as he has called for a national boycott in order to call into question the constitutional processes that led to his ouster as President. If the international observers declare this election to be free and fair, then what will the likes of Hugo Chavez and Raul Castro make of it?
