The Overlord of the Great Orange himself will be on Meet the Press today.
Welcome to Press the Face, a Sunday-morning talk show liveblog where you can respond to the Sunday talks with your opinions, support, refutations, or ravings. The larger goal is to provide meaningful accounts of the the shows for those who are unable to watch them, but it's also an opportunity to share our thoughts in real time as armchair spectators of the sport of political discussion.
This week when Senator Al Franken stood up to Joe Lieberman using nothing more than protocol and a smile, he expressed with elegant simplicity the anger of progressives about Joe's self-satisfied preening at the expense of the public option. And John McCain, who never misses an opportunity to act all mavericky at a moment's notice, jumped up and stated that NEVER in all his 29 years in the Senate had he seen anything like this. Guess he was so busy pretending to be a Washington outsider that he never realized what a real one looks like. Real Mavericks 2, Republicans 0. Will it be Alan Grayson's turn again to score the next touchdown?

A reminder about posting: Please scroll through the Comments section to the blockquote containing the title of the show you're commenting on and post your comment under that. This helps to keep the comments from bottlenecking at the top of the diary.
Also, don't forget to record your nominee for the Money Quote under the blockquote comment of each show.
Let us go then, you and I. . .
Update:
Here's the roundtable segment from MTP.
Thanks for the Rec List. I'm so proud of Kos and of all Kossacks for doing the hard work of keeping the dialogue going and for setting an example of citizen action.
