On the one hand we have the 3% or so that are fine. Then we have a percentage that are probably OK And then we have a bunch of folks that hope everything will be OK
That's the group I think that everyone is watching. Because no one really knows what they're in for. And no one knows really what the reaction will be. I can still watch TV? Cool. I can't? Uh well, I might leave my tent & do some damage. The Saint Petersburg police reaction to tent cities-- has been to slash the tents. Former tent dwellers reaction to that? We don't yet know.
But for now the situation is volatile.
