As you know the health care industry's astroturf juggernaut is riling up the wingnuts to shout down any discussion when your Congress Critter host their town halls in August.
I've seen numerous posts on other blogs about what do we do?
Easy....follow me below the fold....

The industry's hit list is public:

Call (or if you must) email your congresscritter and let them know what to expect:
The anti-democracy antics are detailed at TPM:

Let them know what to expect, let them know that they are going to be attacked.
Then...show up. Show up to the town halls. Either muscle your way up front, OR video tape the event. If there are video tapes of each event we can post them to a central place. I'm sure, very sure, that a lot of the same rabble rousers are going to be bussed from event to event. If we can identify these people, we can show the sham for what it is...a sham.
In the end, while I'm for a public options (although I'd rather see medicare for all) I'm willing to listen to contrary points of view. I don't have all the answers and I can never know my opinions are sound, unless I'm challenged.
However, organizing a group of people to simply disrupt a town hall meeting between the constituents and their representative is about as anti-democratic as I can think of. Frankly the whole idea disgusts me.
