There have been a lot of diaries about how the Democrats are coming back home. But as a long-time Kossack, I know that when we rallied around specific House and Senate candidates it made a difference.
Candidates from all over the country became household words in Kos circles.
And we need that this year, too.
According to Nate Silver, the GOP has a 2 out of 3 chance--if the election were held now-- in taking over the House by a 15 seat majority. But we can turn that around, if we focus, on keeping the house, district by district, day by day.
Here are the 15 seats that Nate rates as dead even in terms of a takeover.
Browse through this list, many of these people we put there (like Titus, Hill, McNerney), and some of these are grizzled veterans fighting for their lives (Ike Skelton).
Many may have disappointed us (see Larry Kissell NC-Sellout), but nothing would be as disappointing than to have to endure Rush Limbaugh crowing about Minority Leader Pelosi.
Take a look at this list of 15, and let us know if you live in their districts:

We don't have to wake up the day after the election to the nightmare of John Boehner being speaker of the House, but we need to work together, and use the talents of everywhere here to keep our eyes and ears on these House races, and to use our feet, fingers, and finances to keep Pelosi as speaker.
