The minute long commercial is below the fold and it's a humdinger of an attack ad. Murkowski contends it's full of lies and is warning stations not to play it. Tea Party of course stands behind the ad.
With attacks like this, it gives real hope that Murkowski would endorse McAdams if she can't get enough footing in her write-in bid. Of course McAdams has to make sure this Repub on Repub battle doesn't suck all the air out of the room, leaving him on the sidelines. That is largely what happened to Meek in Fla and he's still trying to play catch-up.
Also the AP dug up a bit more hypocrisy from Miller's past (From HuffPo)-
Miller confirmed Monday in an e-mail to The Associated Press that his wife, Kathleen, received unemployment benefits "for a short period of time" after leaving her job as a clerk/secretary in his federal magistrate's office. Miller was a part-time federal magistrate from 2002 to 2004. He said that due to the time commitments involved, it was not uncommon then for people who worked as both part-time magistrates and lawyers to have the same people working for them in both offices. He said in many cases, those employees included family members. He said he spoke with members of the federal court -- even before applying for the job -- about his wife and said he'd received approval to have her work for him.

This one is going to get ugly folks. Murkowski will have her oil industry money (why else do you think the GOP caucus allowed her to keep her Enrgy and Natural Resources committee assignment?) and the Tea Party Express has vowed to do whatever it takes, to spare no expense, to beat Murkowski again. There is no reason for Dems to even consider to back Murkowski in a strategic vote to keep Miller out. Let's forget about that and really back McAdams for the time being. We can't let Alaska MSM forget about McAdams as Miller and Murkowski battle it out.
