Dear Chamber of Commerce,
I heard an ad provided by the Chamber on WBBM News Radio (780, Chicago) today.
I'd tell you what it was for, except it really wasn't for anything. It was simply an ad against Dan Seals, who is running for Mark Kirk's congressional seat IL-10 (as Kirk attempts to lie his way into the Senate with the Chamber's assistance.)
I'd like to congratulate the wad of slime who crafted with that ad (and those that approved it); really, to foist together such a string of innuendo and truthiness, you'd have to be expert at walking a fine line between being a brazen liar and knowing just how to beat the truth out of a word to carefully craft a sweetly hidden lie. Whoever created the ad has had a lot of practice at treading that line.
In the ad, the Commerce repeatedly blames Dan Seals for everything that is wrong in this world. Everything. Everything is the fault of Dan Seals, because he is in the pocket of Nancy Pelosi (the Queen of Wrongness).
The fact that the lying sack of horse manure, Representative Mark "I misremembered that wrong" Kirk actually has been working in the same chamber as the Speaker of the House, and that Kirk beat Seals in the last two elections (thanks to your help, Chamber!), and that Seals is not currently a Representative never seems to come up in your message. So, per your ad, all of the Chamber's problems caused by Kirk's group of co-workers are the fault of Dan Seals, who has spent the past four years in Chicago.
It just makes so much sense, especially when you add all the nifty sound effects as you layer on the tripe.
I look forward to learning how much foreign money was used to pay for this ad buy (and others); obviously, since the Chamber of Commerce is so unfamiliar with truth and integrity will require much oversight and a thorough accounting. I cannot wait for that to happen. Save your money. Your lawyers will need it.
Sheddhead
P.S. If you want to support someone who doesn't 'misremember wrong' and who appears to understand the definition of integrity, check him out.
