For all the dissapointment the more progressive members here had with Obama, Harry Reid was the real villan. Nancy Pelosi was the hero, she fought the hardest, and doesn't get the love and respect she deserves.
More down there.....
Nancy, much to my dismay, is expected to transfer leadership to Hoyer. I really hope and prey she, doesn't but I guess it's traditional to do so whenever you loose the majority.
But, having had the privelage of voting for Nancy 5 times, I'm sure she belives it's better to burn out than fade away. Nancy should, and probably will open up a can of whoop ass and extract a bit of revenge on Harry Reid and the Blue Dogs. (Whom, btw, are the real loosers tonight. Don't see many real progressives losing, Grayson aside)
Nancy knows how much she did, and Rachel Maddow pointed it out quite well the other night.
Nancy was thrown under the bus, and never got credit for her achievements. Nor were her percieved failures not aknowledged in the MSM as failures on Harry Reid's part.
Well, if it's a lame duck session, Nancy will not roll over and die. She will go balls to the wall to get the progressive agenda past. Starting with a direct vote of saving the Bush tax cuts for the workg class, and not for the rich deucebaggers.
