Hindsight is 20/20, and that is not what this diary is going to about. I am wondering now, if President Obama has the courage to change, the courage to finally connect with all the American people, and understand that the Wall St./Bankers, Corporate Military Industrial Complex could not give a rat's ass about another family that is today, being illegally thrown out of their homes, who have lost their jobs, are in a total state of despair after paying the greatest price of all, for those that are still being allowed to keep the FRAUD TO COVER UP THE FRAUD to stagnant and paralyze our entire nation, and keeping honest, hard working Americans hostage and in a state of the second Great Depression.
This diary is an emotional plea to our President, in hopes that he will rise to be one of the greatest Presidents in our nations history. I still believe that he does have that capability in his heart and soul. Will he rise to the occasion?
The mark of any great President has been to put all of the people of this nation above all party politics, and above the status quo and the robber barons that are now fully back in charge. Rise up President Obama, its time for you to show your true greatness, and we need you more now than ever. I hold every single belief in my heart, that President Obama has now been handed his own opportunity to once again, make certain that the public trust is restored in our nation, and once he finds the courage to do this one thing, he will gain the greatest public support that will have him finding a historic landslide victory in 2012. It is his for the taking if he has the courage to change, and embrace the change that swept him in:
Let us not forget that the percentage of Americans who voted was unmatched in at least a generation and perhaps since 1908, Barack Obama, a 47-year-old first-term senator from Illinois, shattered more than 200 years of history by winning election as the first African-American president of the United States.
Still I Rise
You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.
Does my sassiness upset you?
Why are you beset with gloom?
'Cause I walk like I've got oil wells
Pumping in my living room.
Just like moons and like suns,
With the certainty of tides,
Just like hopes springing high,
Still I'll rise.
Did you want to see me broken?
Bowed head and lowered eyes?
Shoulders falling down like teardrops.
Weakened by my soulful cries.
Does my haughtiness offend you?
Don't you take it awful hard
'Cause I laugh like I've got gold mines
Diggin' in my own back yard.
You may shoot me with your words,
You may cut me with your eyes,
You may kill me with your hatefulness,
But still, like air, I'll rise.
Does my sexiness upset you?
Does it come as a surprise
That I dance like I've got diamonds
At the meeting of my thighs?
Out of the huts of history's shame
I rise
Up from a past that's rooted in pain
I rise
I'm a black ocean, leaping and wide,
Welling and swelling I bear in the tide.
Leaving behind nights of terror and fear
I rise
Into a daybreak that's wondrously clear
I rise
Bringing the gifts that my ancestors gave,
I am the dream and the hope of the slave.
I rise
I rise
I rise.

Candidate Obama had it 'right,' because he spoke to the hearts of Americans everywhere, who were tired of the corruption and lies, who were tired of being lied into wars, who were tired of the imperial Presidency of George W. Bush and the horrifying Oil King War Mongers of Halliburton/Black Water teams of Dick Cheney. Americans were already tired of NAFTA, and have grown even more tired, of the continuation of our jobs being sold overseas.
But it is my belief, that what they have become most tired of is the 8 thousand ton elephant sitting right in the middle of Washington DC, the continued FRAUD TO COVER UP THE FRAUD.
"I'd rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president,"
President Barack Obama
Does President Obama really mean that? Does he not realize that it is time for change in his own heart? Is he capable of change? Is he capable of re-embracing his own political base again? Is he capable of getting 'his bad on,' and finally cleaning house in his own Cabinet?
I'm really not sure at this point, because there is one thing I cannot deny about President Obama: above all he hates real confrontation. Unfortunately, that is a huge part of the job as President. You've got to be able to 'separate the wheat from the chaff,' to understand what most of we Democrats do understand, that the rules of engagement have indeed changed in our nation. We learned that when Bush stole the election from Gore which was illegally sanctioned by the Supreme Court, we learned that when the Supreme Court allowed Corporations to 'be people,'...you know, like me and you. We learned that when the Chamber of Commerce let the floodgates of illegal Karl Rove foreign dollars into this last election, to keep our jobs being sold out from us overseas, continuing with the 'Army' of Dick Army.
And now, President Obama is about to get politically ambushed, and perhaps even impeached, for what George W. Bush did to this entire nation. Sound familiar to you? Sound like what they did to President Clinton to consistently undermine and attack him, to illegitimately undermine every single Democrat few decades? And then we've got the Tea Baggers:
GOP Will Impeach Obama
Say What?
(NewsMax) - New Republic: GOP Will Impeach Obama. If Republicans win control of the House, they will impeach President Obama, according to Jonathan Chait of The New Republic. "They won’t do it right away. And they won’t succeed in removing Obama -- you need 67 Senate votes," Chait writes. "But if Obama wins a second term, the House will vote to impeach him before he leaves office."
New, republic, impeach, obamaAs evidence, he cites Rep. Darrell Issa’s, R-Calif., remarks that the Joe Sestak scandal was an impeachable offense. The White House dangled a job possibility to Democratic Pennsylvania Senate candidate Sestak if he would withdraw from the primary against the White House’s favored candidate Arlen Specter. Sestak didn’t do it, and he beat Specter.
"Should Republicans win control of the House, Issa would bring his hair-trigger finger to the chairmanship of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee," Chait writes. "The Sestak pseudo-scandal disappeared because there was no process to drive the story forward. Had Issa been running the Oversight Committee, it would have been the subject of hearings and subpoenas."

Again my fellow Democrats, the 'rules of engagement have changed,' and we plead for sanity, for civility, and what do they do?
They bring guns onto the National Mall and to Obama rallies, they are a bunch of fucking racists piggy low information voters, who are now calling for 'Armed Revolution.'
And what, we as Democrats, do not realize how the rules of engagement have changed? Well, guess what, they have, and as kind, and good and loving and giving that we are (and we are) we'd better fucking buck up and get it as should President Obama. This is war, and it a war that we can no longer deny. We cannot keep denying how our own party platform is being destroyed by our own party, the Blue Dogs, how after Bill Clinton and John Kerry and Michael Dukakis and Jimmy Carter were destroyed, by the 'new rules of engagement' then we just don't get it.
Sharron Angle Joins Calls for Armed Revolution in America
Several prominent figures have hinted that they'd like to see armed Americans storming the Capitol.
Republican Senate candidate Sharron Angle waves to supporters in Las Vegas after winning the GOP primary on June 8, 2010.
Sharron Angle, the Republican nominee for Harry Reid's Nevada Senate seat, has called for armed revolt against the government. Glenn Beck's new novel, The Overton Window, encourages concerned citizens to pick up a weapon, too. And they're not the only public figures calling for violent insurrection. In January right-wing radio host Lars Larson asked Tea Party favorite Angle where she stood on Second Amendment issues. She replied:
"You know, our Founding Fathers, they put that Second Amendment in there for a good reason, and that was for the people to protect themselves against a tyrannical government. And in fact Thomas Jefferson said it's good for a country to have a revolution every 20 years.

Thank god she fucking lost...insane tea bagger....regardless... But she isn't the nut case who is threatening voilence.
The scorch and burn political movement in our nation, is alive and well, and now they've driven the fury and hatred to all new and the highest levels, but they are no different from Reagan or both Bush's or any other Republican Robber Barron, are they?
They hide behind the class wars, to just get into office, they hide behind Jesus, and destroying Women's rights, the Bible, the gays in the Military, they hide behind their guns, because of their propensity to do what Hitler did, then have the temerity to call President Obama Hitler or worse. Tea Baggers are racists capitalistic whores in Wolves clothing that are calling in the sheep, who would at all cost protect Wall Street and the Robber Barons, under the so called guise of 'American values.'
This has always been about the FRAUD TO COVER UP THE FRAUD, and it always will be. Like I said, I'm not going to point out the obvious, and blame, I'm sure there will be dozens of diaries that do that today and there sure as hell is enough of that to go around, and yes President Obama was handed a 'shit sandwich' to begin with.
But I will say this:
This is 'your time and your moment' President Obama. This is your time to rise up again, and prove to all the American people that there may indeed be the audacity of change, but that change has got to come from you, and the people that love and believe in you, as I do.
I know you have it in you. I know that and I must believe that in my heart.
Take it from someone who's been there and done that, Mr. President, Robert Reich:
Which lesson will the president learn from the midterm election -- that of Clinton in 1996, or FDR in 1936? The choice will determine his strategy over the next two years. Hopefully, he'll find 1936 more relevant. Obama shouldn't be fooled into thinking Bill Clinton was reelected in 1996 because he moved to the center. I was there. Clinton was reelected because by then the economy had come roaring back to life. The 1996 election was about little else. Dick Morris, Clinton's pollster and chief political advisor (who effectively took over the White House policy making apparatus shortly after Newt Gingrich and the Republicans took over Congress in 1995), instructed the president to say only "the economy's booming and you ain't seen anything yet."
President Obama won't have that luxury in 2012. In all likelihood, the economy will still be anemic. Obama won't be able to win this argument by moving to the center -- seeking to paint himself as a smaller-government moderate. This only confirms the Republican's views that the central issue is size of government, that it's been too large, and the economy can improve only if it's smaller. On the Republican playing field, Republicans always win. Obama's best hope of reelection will be to re-frame the debate, making the central issue the power of big businesses and Wall Street to gain economic advantage at the expense of the rest of us. This is the Democratic playing field, and it's more relevant today than at any time since the 1930s.
The top 1 percent of Americans, by income, is now taking home almost a quarter of all income, and accounting for almost 40 percent of all wealth. Meanwhile, large numbers of Americans are losing their homes because banks won't let them reorganize their mortgages under bankruptcy. And corporations continue to lay off (and not rehire) even larger numbers. With Republicans controlling more of Congress, their pending votes against extended unemployment benefits, jobs bills, and work programs will more sharply reveal whose side they're on. The relevant political lesson isn't Bill Clinton in 1996. It's Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1936. By the election of 1936 the Great Depression was entering its eighth year. Roosevelt had already been President for four of them. Yet he won the biggest electoral victory since the start of the two-party system in the 1850s. How? FDR shifted the debate from what he failed to accomplish to the irresponsibility of his opponents. Again and again he let the public know whose side he was on, and whose side they were on. Republicans stood for "business and financial monopoly, speculation, and reckless banking," he said over and over. And he made it clear they wanted to prevent him from helping ordinary Americans. "Never before have these forces been so united against one candidate as they stand today," he thundered. "They are unanimous in their hate for me -- and I welcome their hatred." The 2012 economy won't be as bad as the 1936 economy, hopefully. But it won't be nearly as good as the 1996 economy. For a president running in 2012, 1936 is the more relevant. For the next two years Republicans will try to paint Obama as a big-government liberal out of touch with America, who's responsible for the continuing bad economy.

What Robert Reich is saying is exactly what I am saying: Come home President Obama, where you belong, we are waiting for you with open arms, all of the American people are simply waiting for one more decent man left in Washington DC to stand up for us again, against the Robber Barons, and if you do President Obama:
WE WILL STAND WITH YOU. You just do not realize how much we all love you and believe in you, President Obama, we do. WE ARE WITH YOU. The real question, is if you can believe that, in your own heart, if you can hear the angels of your self that is calling to you now, and that is indeed the American people who are calling you above the almighty fucking dollar, to lead in the way that we all know you can lead, and I know you can.
We elected you, because we believed in you, and we still do. The real question is: DO YOU BELIEVE IN US? Or is all lost? Is our Democracy lost forever to us, as a nation, as a people, can we believe in anyone anymore? Do our votes matter? Do the laws matter anymore, is it all about money, corruption, the endless wars, the only employment option left now is to go to war? What dose that say about us as a people and as a party? Is it all about the Corporate take over and ruination of our industrial base, while millions have lost their homes and are being thrown out of their homes illegally? While still allowing Wall St/the Bankers to get paid off for destroying our nation? This is exactly why most Americans are in a state or rage and fury. Who is protecting us, who is standing up to the fairness and laws of our land? Why do the Wall St. Bankers keep getting away with malfeasance, when it was the taxpayers that give them (without a voice) the billions in bonuses, and to save their asses, while millions continue to lose their homes and jobs?
The disconnect between President Obama to those who put him in the White House is stunning at the least, at worst is in complicity, at best it is exactly why our party had such a devastating loss yesterday. Behind all the jobs losses and the foreclosures is THE CORRUPTION.
A nation without a moral compass, a nation without an ethical base of true leadership that encompasses morality, ethics and law, is a nation lost in chaos and no one steering the great ship of our nation that is now lost in the perfect storm of an endless dark abyss. The survival of all the people of this nation, must rest upon the shoulders of a great and strong leader, one that understands regardless of those that will rob us again and again and again, that leader be willing to turn away these robbers, day in and day out. Perhaps this is why, indeed President Obama is now being painted into the exact same corner FDR was...you can run, but you sure as hell can't hide from the same shit, day in and day out, and perhaps the time has run out for President Obama, to finally get off the fence, and get moving, one way or another. That is up to him.
"They are unanimous in their hate for me -- and I welcome their hatred."
We are on your side, President Obama. We welcome you home. We need you more than ever, and we know, (at least I am not yet quite cynical enough not to believe otherwise...yet) that this is not 1996, and you, President Obama no longer have the luxury of pretending it is.
We lost many amazing Democrats tonight, and the point of this diary is not to blame and to demonize or any of that. The point of this diary is to uplift our party, and our President who I love and still believe in, because the stakes are too great now.
Unlike any other Democratic President since President Lincoln, President Obama or FDR, has a full mandate with millions and millions of Americans who still are willing to stand behind him, to turn all of this around on the Republicans who led us into this dark well abyss of corruption and fraud. Obama still has the exact same public option of love and support that FDR did, to turn this all around, if only he would accept this great gift that is being given to him.
Imagine a new great Emancipation of Proclamation, that frees up Americans from the FRAUD TO COVER UP THE FRAUD? Imagine all that wonderful energy that Candidate Obama gave in this great election of 2008, to get us all 'Fired Up and Ready To Go' to rebuild our nation, based on restoring the Public Trust? Imagine President Obama coming home to his own roots, to restore the soul of the Democratic Party, the Working Man's/Woman's Party, and putting the onus on the Republicans to produce a new 'Jobs' Bill' for our nation? To Demand that both parties stop selling our jobs overseas? Imagine an end to the endless wars. Imagine a new time for our nation. Imagine President Obama appointing William K. Black as a 'special Prosecutor' to go directly after those, that caused this economic calamity, and will be held responsible and prosecuted to the full extend of the law? If he had the courage to change, he would have at least two thirds of our national political body directly behind him, because that is what most Americans really want. The Rule of Law to be justified in the face, of what we've all paid so dearly for, and we have paid and paid and keep paying. And for what?
That is what Robert Reich is talking about, and that is the invitation engraved with love and support and despair that all Americans are simply waiting for with open arms, for President Obama.
Can he change? Does he care? Does he get it yet? Does he know the rules of engagement have changed? Can he put the people that elected him, above both parties?
I was reading the other day, that George W. Bush's greatest regret was that he was unable to 'privatize Social Security'..........OMFG. It of course wasn't about all the war crimes he got away with, or the lies, and incompetence, or how he overturned the OCC laws of 1863 to take away States rights over the Banks for Mortgage Lending, or the millions killed illegally in Iraq, Afganistan, or Katrina, none of that shit.) Bush's biggest regret was that he could not give away our final safety new to Wall St. Now I'm wondering if in the end, we'll get the same shit from the incoming Orange Tan Man in Blue Dog Heaven, if President Obama does not answer his true calling: those of us that are begging him to answer the call of his true destiny. For gosh sakes, President Obama, we are just waiting for you to take back your own mandate.
The Real question is this: Is there one decent leader with integrity left in our nation?
Time will tell.
Please come home President Obama, because even if you do not believe in us, we still believe in you.
Imagine....
Just as reminder of what we forgot, what happened in the great last Depression, there was a man, who called the two party system for what we all know now again, a ONE PARTY SYSTEM, strange how history repeats itself:
If you want to believe that we are not in a new Great Depression, good luck with that delusion, and here is another reminder: Our generation forgot how this has happened before, so when and if our troops ever come home to this new Great Depression, remember this time in our history:
I was raised in a Military family, and have had the grace to live all over the world, but my amazing father, who lived through the first Great Depression, and I knew my Grandfather, from WWI, who attended these marches in Washington. My dad, was one of those men because of his father, had access to the GI bill, and went out to become a career Byrd Col, in the USAF for the Strategic Air Command, and during this 30 year career, he was able to obtain his Masters in Education, and his double PH.d in English and Philosophy. But that is because my grand da...from Ireland, was one of those men that were burned out of Washington DC. and kept coming back.
My point being this: We forgot somehow how hard they fought for all of us, and how these WWI patriots, would not give up. And as these video show, our own government.
What will happen to those men and woman who are exhausted from the endless wars (if they do ever come home)? Will they be treated the same way? (This is the same way our Unions came about, with bloodshed, and street fights, and letting children work in filthy factories).
This is just my own personal history and stories that were passed down to me, about what it means to be a 'real Democrat' at heart, and what the original differences between our two party system was originally about. Truth is the Democratic party has to fight tooth and nail, on the streets of our nation, with the blood of our people, with the tried and true Marches on Washington DC over and over again, without letting up to be finally heard, and addressed.
I do not view this evening as a huge loss, (although I am deeply sad of who we have lost, esp. the progressives such as Alan Grayson and Russ Feingold), but I view everything now as a huge wake up call to all of us, and the Change We Must Believe in.
My question remains the same:
The soul of our very party is at stake here, and President Obama, still has a huge mandate, and all eyes are upon him, to address the FRAUD TO COVER UP THE FRAUD. That is why we got the crazy fucking tea party and extremism, plus he is our first African American President, who got (like I said) handed the biggest shit sandwich since President Lincoln.
The real debate is this: Will President Obama finally come home to his roots and embrace, all those that are waiting to embrace him, and love him? Will President Obama rise to his greatest opportunity?
We are waiting for you President Obama, with love, with grace with power, with everything you could ever imagine, all the power in all the world, all the love and all the history of other great Democratic leaders, (including MLK), if only you would believe in us, the way we believe in you.
You may write me down in history
With your bitter, twisted lies,
You may trod me in the very dirt
But still, like dust, I'll rise.
Rise, President Obama, rise. Do not let us down because, the truth is we will not let you down, if you will only find in your heart and soul how deeply we are all behind you and waiting for your own, to restore the public trust and to uplift our party again an nation again. We are depending on your greatness and we know you have it in you. Honoring the laws of this nation and restoring the public trust in our key financial markets will sweep President Obama into the greatest landslide victory in 2012, if he has the courage to change and understand this is exactly what our nation so desperately needs.
Thanks as always....
