I am angry, disappointed, and shamed by President Obama's actions today.
I held out hope that he was working the "diplomatic" channels for change. Oh well. I'll now focus on making money and not donating it to politicians ever again. This is almost worse than Bush. At least we knew what Dubya stood for. Now Obama's politricks will hurt us more than even Dubya's willful negligence!
UPDATE: Since a few of you are hot under the collar due to the lack of substance in this post, let me add another two cents >>
By alienating the progressive base, by dashing the hopes of the young, by irritating the heck out of middle class progressives, Obama has in essence doomed his re-election effort. The timidity of the Obama presidency will be taught in text books, mark my words. And unfortunately Obama's mistakes will cost us Social Security and the insufferable humiliation of seeing Sarah Palin in the White House. What a tribulation!
Now, where's a good lobbyist I can talk to? Think on this: it costs less to buy the entire Congress and Senate than a Super Bowl ad.
