Speaking yesterday in Redding California, Sarah Palin explained why [when she was governor] she sued the federal government to overturn the listing of polar bears as a threatened species.
"[...] it didn't make any sense because it was based on these global warming studies that now we're seeing (is) a bunch of snake oil science."
She ought to know. She was mayor of Wasilla and a hockey mom. She was a half term governor. It does not matter what the National Academy of Sciences in China says. (over)
Pay no mind to what the National Academy of Sciences of Russia thinks either.
Do not concern yourself that the National Academies of Sciences of the United States, Japan, Canada, Brazil, Germany, India, France, the UK and more have signed yet another joint statement urging a faster response to climate change.
Those political lightweights
called on their leaders to "seize all opportunities" to address global climate change that "is happening even faster than previously estimated."
Their statement says "The need for urgent action to address climate change is now indisputable."
But, Sarah Palin herself disputes that. Sarah Palin, full term Mayor of Wassila, has spoken.

The nasty truth is, even informed and intelligent politicians are going to have a hard time doing anything significant about climate change - with out strong support from the public. And in the battle for public opinion, the Palin-Beck-Limbaugh axis of ignorance is gaining ground.
Please do anything you can think of to change that.
These videos( below)are each only a minute and a half, and have snippets of solid info within them. If one of them might reach someone you know that doesn't get it, perhaps you could pass it to them. And call your representative. Reduce your own carbon footprint. Do everything you can. We are in the middle of a very big deal.
