First, post the diary title ^, starting with "WAYWO"
In the Intro Box, post this: (you can copy and paste it from last week's diary, either the diary itself or the code)
What Are You Working On is a community diary series for all things crafty, in a variety of mediums and techniques.
You may volunteer to guest host by signing up at this yahoo group, which I check from time to time. Also by joining this group, you will receive one email a week when the diary is posted.
Make sure you use the yahoo link: you can click on that link in a separate window and paste it into the blockquote if you need to.
Now, here in the body is where you decide what to do.
You may wish to discuss your favorite craft, especially if it is something most of us are not familiar with.
You may wish to share photos of your recent projects. Or of the people you love using them ;-).
You can discuss a trend in your hobby, or something newsy. It's always nice to include links.
Then, in your closing, invite everyone to share.
Before you can post, there are two more things you need to do:
- Add some tags. I use the ones below ;-)
- Personalize your tip jar: I click on the lowest, greyed-out "Post a Comment" box, and get a comment box, then click preview and post as normal.
Tonight's discussion question
How many hours a week do you spend on your craft?
This question was posed by a girlfriend at a recent local Ravelry group, and I was disappointed in my answer. I get most of my knitting done away from home. Especially when traveling. My daily routine doesn't seem to have a lot of knitting time built in right now.
Please share your current or recently finished projects, and share how you fit in time for your craft, in the comments.
