The Courage Campaign and CREDO have published a voting guide with respect to the various Propositions on the June ballot that summarizes the positions of nine progressive and center-left organizations: the Courage Campaign, CREDO Action, AFSCME, CA Democratic Party, California Federation of Teachers (CFT), California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV), CA Nurses Assoc., Calitics, and the League of Women Voters (LWV)
You can see it here:

Prop 17 - Mercury Insurance Rate Hikes:
NO: Courage Campaign, CREDO, AFSCME, CA Dem, CFT, CA Nurses, Calitics
Of particular note are two Propositions that are almost completely funded or sponsored by Corporations, Propositions 16 and 17:
PROP 16:
PG&E power grab
Placed on the ballot by the efforts of PG&E,
Northern California's privately owned electric
utility, this proposition requires a 2/3rds vote
to create public power districts or allow local
governments to purchase their own renewable
power. Protects PG&E's existing monopoly.
PROP 17:
Auto insurance surcharge
Placed on the ballot by the efforts of Mercury
Insurance, this proposition would weaken existing
consumer protections and allow auto insurance
companies to charge drivers as much as double
premiums if they are late with their payments.
Actually, Prop 16 is the one I am particularly passionate about, and as you can see it has the most "NO" support, followed closely by Proposition 17. Note that PG&E has spent nearly $30 million already on deceptive TV ads, glossy mailers and such. The amount they have spent is second only to Meg Whitman in this election cycle. Note that Proposition 16 would create a Constitutional Amendment.
It is important to know OUR CONSTITUTION IS NOT for sale.
The opposition to Proposition 16 cannot even come close to competing, but The Utility Reform Network (TURN) has produced some YouTube videos and I want to post a couple of them here and urge folks to share and distribute them as it they will not be on TV (no money).
