Here is a video I got today in email from the Courage Campaign. It's worth a laugh, and then once the bone-chilling reality of what she represents sets in - send this one to everyone you know.
This is hilarious, and very much on key, too. The California Governor's race is going to be very interesting to watch. Ultra-rich ex-eBay CEO, Meg Whitman, will try to buy the Governor's mansion up against the ever-thrifty Jerry Brown. What a great study in opposites! In a year when anti-corporate stances are becoming the norm from voters, Whitman has a lot to answer for before getting the Governor's seat.
On one side, we have the forces of light:
Jerry Brown, former California Governor, and Democrat
Known for being thrifty (remember his car, and his selling of the governor's mansion?)
He's also our current California Attorney General
On the Dark Side, we have:
Meg Whitman, ex-EBay CEO, mega-millionaire
Never voted for decades
Endorsed by Dick Cheney and Sarah Palin
