Terry McAuliffe, you failed the United States as a soccer fan just as much as you failed the United States as chairman of the Democratic Party. Thanks for that! I would think that the guys from our team would have done much better without you creating a curse for them in person, just like the Democrats that I liked when you were chairman. That is until, thank God, Howard Dean took over for you and created unprecedented success for Democrats. I met you in person at the Kentucky Jefferson-Jackson dinner in in 2004, and it's no surprise I still don't like you.
And Bill Clinton, you sitting there with Terry McAuliffe on one side and Mick Jagger on the other reminds me just how much I like Barack better than you. I don't care how much money Mick Jagger has made; the fact is he hasn't done jack s--t to benefit the human race, and that is a fact.
Third solid, original paragraph: Barack Obama has done more to change the course of this country in 17 months than Bill Clinton did in 96 months. Continuing with the theme of pro-Obama diaries on this site recently, Obama has done the most to change the course of this country in a posiitive manner since FDR. As a proud Democrat who lives in Indiana (of course I believe in fiscal responsibility Evan Bayh, that is why I am glad Brad Ellsworth is running this time) I thank my stars that we have a President who has the intellect and stamina to make tough decisions, and we will see more success than the pundits can imagine.
And let me give a shoutout to "Dump Terry McAuliffe" from a four-digit user, you have my favorite UID of all time!
