I've uploaded election data for four states: FL and NY (data from roguemapper) and MI and NC (data from the professors).
Florida and New York have only presidential data.
Michigan and North Carolina have some average data. Also, the vote totals are slightly low, I think due to missing absentees, but the numbers are not that significant. In Michigan, at least 1 precinct is missing data.
The average for Michigan is the three 2006 statewide elections: governor, attorney general and SoS. Granholm (D) won the governorship that year, but Republicans won the other two, skewing the average toward Republicans.
The average for North Carolina is broader: all statewide elections (incl Pres) from 2004-2010.

I'll be at Netroots Nation. Would love to meet DRA users.
More about recent DRA changes below the fold.
My last diary discussed the new feature to fully support legislative and county redistricting. The current Version is 2.2.3 (found in the About box).
I fixed a bug on Sunday which you would hit if you had changed colors and saved earlier and then opened in 2.2 and saved again. That newly saved DRF would not open. That's fixed. I apologize for that. A couple of people have reported still having problems saving and loading, but in one case the file was corrupted, seemingly not by DRA. The other I don't have a repro case. So, if you have problems, please let me know. If you have a saved file you can't open, please send it to me so I can debug it (and make sure your version is 2.2.3 or later).
Hope to see you at Netroots Nation!
Thanks.
