Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT) calls them "proposals he is working on" in his currently reclisted post titled, Wall Street Protests:

But they are much more than mere proposals! They are a brilliantly crafted gift to a burgeoning movement that gets criticized in the corporate media for "not having a clear set of demands".
After the jump, I've reposted Sen. Sanders' 'proposals' in a form condensed enough to hand write in Sharpie on a piece of cardboard. I'm pretty sure Sen. Sanders wouldn't mind if they went viral...
1) If a financial institution is too big to fail, it is too big to exist...Break up these behemoths.
2) Put a cap on credit card interest rates to end usury.
3) Make the Federal Reserve provide small businesses in America with the same low-interest loans it gave to foreign banks.
4) Stop Wall Street oil speculators from artificially increasing gasoline and heating oil prices.
5) Demand that Wall Street invest in the job-creating productive economy (i.e. high-speed trains; green energy; affordable housing; affordable prescription drugs).
6) Establish a Wall Street speculation fee on credit default swaps, derivatives, stock options and futures.
#Occupy protestors all over the country should have this list at the ready. Tell any plutocrat 'reporter' who asks you, "But what are your demands?", that you support the 'Sanders Six'!
UPDATE 1:
Upon further reflection, they can be even more condensed:
1. Break Up the Big Banks!
2. Cap Credit Card Interest Rates!
3. Federal Reserve Loans For Small Businesses!
4. Stop the Oil Speculators!
5. Mandatory Job-Creating, Production-Based Investment!
6. Impose a Wall Street Speculation Fee!
