At long last, "Occupy Wall Street" has found their spokesperson.
FDR:
We need to correct, by drastic means if necessary, the faults in our economic system from which we now suffer. We need the courage of the young.
Cable News Pundit:
A lotto' tese guys missed the 60s, and they love to grow their hair and let their freak flags fly . . .
FDR:
These economic royalists complain that we seek to overthrow the institutions of America. What they really complain of is that we seek to take away their power. Our allegiance to American institutions requires the overthrow of this kind of power.
Eric Cantor:
I for one, am increasingly concerned, about the growing mobs occupying Wall Street, and the other cities across the country.
FDR:
. . . liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic State itself. That, in its essence, is fascism.
Romney:
I think it's dangerous, this class warfare.
FDR:
Among us today a concentration of private power without equal in history is growing.
Newsreel Narrator:
And so the eloquent, if somewhat longwinded, spokesperson of "Occupy Wall Street" went on to win. Not two, not three, but four consecutive presidential terms.
