Watch this video, I didnt believe my eyes. Sgt. Shamar Thomas took on 30 cops at Times Square with words like:
"So why do you allow this"
"Why are yall walking like there is a war going on, nobody has guns, no one has guns"
"Why are yall treating people like this, this is not war"
"This is America"
"nobody is trying to hurt you guys"
"There are no bullets flying out here, there are no bullets flying, how tuff are you"
"There is no honor in hurting unarmed civilians"
We fought for this country, I dont come home, I am in NYC, I am from NYC, and these cops are hurting people I fought to protect"
"There is no reason for this"
"There is no honor in hurting unarmed civilians, I won't let it happen, have a good night"
#OMGtruthToPower
Sgt Thomas didn't walk away the police did.

HooRah Sergeant Thomas !
I would respectfully ask that all Kossacks- Tweet it, share on Facebook, get this video blown up, go to you tube- like it, share it. In a different moment a black backtalking to white cops meant a noose or a bullet. Part of me is still in shock that I watched this video, crying, tears running down my face, with my fist clenched, thinking OMG this guy is going to get beat. I am dumbfounded, awestruck, and filled with admiration of this man and his voice of passion and reason.
