Raffi Cavoukian, the author of well-loved children's songs such as Baby Beluga, has strongly stated his support for the Occupy Wall Street on several occasions, most recently by visiting Occupy Vancouver (British Columbia) on Tuesday, September 25.
Several of Raffi's songs, including his 2004 No Wall Too Tall, which calls for reform of the financial system, are available for free download or streaming at the website of the organization Centre for Child Honouring, with which Raffi is involved. (Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with the Centre for Child Honouring, but just heard about them because Raffi also came out with a song honouring and using words from the final letter of recently deceased Canadian New Democratic Party leader Jack Layton.)
Happy listening and singing!
