If Corporations are people, why aren't they subject to the laws every person residing in this country are forced to operate under?
What about Neglect? When you are a Corporation and file for bankruptcy, shouldn't that be classed as some form of neglect, especially if the Corporation is under 18 years of age?
What about Slavery? Why do we allow the selling and purchase of these people, the Corporations? Slavery was abolished in the 1860's.
What about Incest? When a Corporation merges with another Corporation of the same type, isn't that a form of incest or inbreeding? The offspring are often undesirable mutations.
What about Murder? Or maybe Rape? When you take another Corporation by force, against its wishes, then you strip it of all its worth and dissolve or kill off the Corporation and its employees; isn't that Rape, Assault and/or Murder.
I would propose; if you want the rights and privileges of 'person-hood' , you should be subject to the obligations and laws as well.
