From the Wisconsin Gazette:
Walker appointee says workplace harassment of gays is legal
A commissioner on the board that makes final decisions in cases involving workplace discrimination says Wisconsin law does not prohibit anti-gay harassment on the job.
Her two fellow commissioners strongly disagree.
Laurie McCallum, who was recently appointed by Gov. Scott Walker to a six-year term on the state’s Labor and Industry Review Commission, wrote that the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act applies only to sexual harassment. That contention was the basis for her dissenting opinion in a case involving Milwaukeean Chris Bowen, a machine operator who was subjected to years of anti-gay harassment as an employee of Stroh Precision Die Casting.

This is what's at stake in the Wisconsin recall of Gov. Scott Walker. As one of the comments says:
to think, this is just the start of Walker's first year in office. Each of these "power grab" negative actions of his and his minions will only get worse should he survive the recall. Politicans tend to to "trend" in office. If they start out doing good/great things, it sets a positive pace for their themselves and just the reverse; should the voting public leave Walker be, his future in Madison will certainly be something to fear. When the vote is in, "the people (all of them) have spoken". We may have the chance to speak a second time. How does the saying go, "fool me once, --- --- --- ----
Not that the Kossak community needs any encouragement, but halfway to the number signatures still means there's lots of work to do, just to get the recall on the ballot.
Recall Scott Walker!
