For the last few hours, I have been piecing together partisan information for Utah. This is a map of Salt Lake County in the US Senate elections of 2010 between Sam Granato, a Democrat, and Mike Lee, a Republican.
Dark red means Mike Lee won by 10% or more.
Yellow means Mike Lee won by 1-10%.
Light blue means Sam Granato won by 1-10%.
Dark blue means Sam Granato won by 10% or more.
This should be a good guide to the parts of SLC that are Democratic or Republican. Mike Lee carried Salt Lake County 48.5%-47.7%. Now that you have this data, do you think Governor Herbert intentionally tried to screw Republicans by drawing Matheson a district?
