Since I retired from the US Postal Service, I have had to get real creative with the IRS. I am now on a monthly payment plan, possibly for the rest of my life.
When your health starts to fail you and you need to hang up the lunchpail, the IRS should make some room for your new struggles. Like some type of tax breaks. After all, I am using far less gas and I am donating two to three days of free daycare so my two 2-income daughters are able to make ends meet at their houses.
This former middle class rules follower is very upset to hear that large corporations (like GE) pay no taxes! What are the donating to good of society? Why has this government turned their backs on the middle class and below?
