I'm a little bummed. Without getting too meta... it's sad that the action in NYC is not getting a little more traction here of all places.
Right now there is a real on-the-ground action taking place. A group of citizens has chosen to get out from behind the computer screen and try to make a difference. It would not be rare to see posters here bemoan the way the tea party gets wall to wall coverage when 10 people gather in a town square. That's what you are going to get from the corporate media - the story they want you to see.
So I'm going to make this short and sweet. Citizen journalists are trying to cover the story from Zuccotti park. If not for these people, the story wouldn't be covered at all. Getting the word out is the only way to grow the story and draw attention.
