Requiring insurers to provide birth control coverage without co-pay or additional costs does not require any individual with conscientious objections to use it. If you are opposed to the use of birth control {snicker} don't get a prescription for it.
Where, exactly, is the contravention of religious belief? It is strictly voluntary for the individual. If you don't like it, don't do it.
On a related note, I am hoping that when the Presidential debates come along that President Obama uses the polite phrase "That turns out not to be so..." followed by the facts as needed, until somebody in the press gets a clue. In fact, his office should be using it now....
