You have the right to continue to kneel at "the open door" while your coworkers effectively deal with workplace issues by speaking to management in solidarity and when necessary, employing a system of greivances.
You have the right to absolutely continue to be abused by forced overtime, forced vacation, arbitrary promotions while your Union coworkers operate under a fair system of seniority in the area of work assigments, scheduling, and time off.
You have the right to continue to have no say over any part of your work life while the rest of your site exists in a workplace democracy where Union employees are actively involved in almost all facets of "getting the job done".
You have the right to spend 1/3 of your life in a hostile environment where the aspirations of yourself and your family are viewed as incidental to the corporate "botom line", while your Union coworkers go home each day to enjoy the fruits of their labor and the dignity of a living wage.
