Here's a shocker. A blog quotes Mitt Romney as saying the North Koreans rocket launch is all Barack Obama's fault:
In a statement condemning the launch, Romney said President Barack Obama has "no effective response" to North Korea's weapons program and supported a "food-aid deal" "that proved to be as naive as it was short-lived."
It think I recall that Obama is not the first U.S. president to agree to food aid in exchange for the North Koreans backing off their nuclear ambitions. Where have I
heard that before?
[...] as North Korea and the Bush Administration neared completion of their nuclear agreement in 2008, the Bush Administration committed 500,000 tons of new food aid to North Korea.
But that was different. A Republican President is never questioned on issues of foreign policy or defense. I guess because unlike the Dems, they aren't largely
communist party members
One might think that seeing they can exploit an election-driven policy divide in the American Government would be more "emboldening" to the North Koreans than food aid, but this line of crap has been working for republicans since they used the China Lobby to finally regain power in the 50's.
There's no school like the old school, I guess.
