The 'Hochul effect' --is about sending R's packing -- for Voting for the Paul Ryan Budget.

A Democrat, [Kathy] Hochul won something of a surprise victory in a special election last year when she prevailed over Jane Corwin in a Republican leaning district [NY-26]. Lots of observers at the time attributed Hochul’s win to fallout from opposition to Medicare changes which Ryan had proposed and which had been under debate in the House.

Picking up on this phenomenon, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is already offering "Save Medicare, Vote Democratic" bumper stickers and they are putting out releases assailing both incumbent and challengers for the House on the issue.

House Vote 277 -- Passes Ryan Budget Bill
politics.nytimes.com
Yes 235 Republicans
No 193 Democrats
Didn't Vote 5
That was virtually ALL of the R's
standing with the Paul Ryan Budget.
Which means virtually all of the R's can be shown the door this fall -- just ask Kathy Hochul how that works.
Remember ...
Dems only need 25 seats to win the House

It's time to start focusing on those down-ticket opportunities.

Obstruction is not really a Plan. It's time they learned that the hard way.
It's time they got their bi-annual "Job reviews." See ya, Ryanites.
