Obama has hit 50% in the latest Rasmussen daily tracking poll. The poll now only includes "leaners."
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows President Obama attracting support from 50% of voters nationwide, while Mitt Romney earns the vote from 47%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and two percent (2%) are undecided. See daily tracking history.
It's entirely possible Rasmussen is trying to set up room for a post-debate bounce, but 50% feels kind of like a point of no return.
Romney may have to throw more than just zingers to turn this around. Maybe some cupcakes and Reese's pieces?
Gallup shows a somewhat tightening race. With Obama still at 49 and Romney now at 45.
