I had predicted, on Facebook, that the President would get 323 electoral votes. (Didn't hit it dead on but was close). I don't have a crystal ball. I simply payed attention to Current TV and MSNBC. I also payed attention to Faux "news" but don't consider that broadcast to have reliable information. As election night evening rolled on, one state after another fell just as had been predicted. They've done the polls sometimes even county by county.
Polling has become a very precise science.
Faux "News", I am certain, is using the same modern science that has become polling and so, had the same numbers. They knew exactly which county was going to go which way, state by state and then nationally.
Romney's campaign had already assembled for the "hell, we've lost, everybody did a fantastic job, see ya later" party. Every single one of those dolts at Faux "News" knew this and already had the numbers and the outcome layed out before them.
There job was to sit there and, as they almost always do, to LIE about each and every single given situation. Karl Rove was absolutely the most deceitful, because he is savy enough himself to know exactly what's going on. And knowing full well that two very miffed Koch brothers would be watching, Rove twisted and turned at every moment, portraying a confidence in Romney's victory even as he knew full well it wasn't to be.
I've never seen such a completely transparent example of the true nature of Faux "News". This tops it.
