The marriage amendment got less than 50% in all but three of these precincts, the largest "yes" margin coming in Minneapolis, ward 6, precinct 4 (Elliot Park neighborhood, home of North Central University, a very socially conservative Bible college). The voter ID amendment got less than 50% in all but four of these precincts, the precincts in which the "yes" vote was a majority among these were three of the Moorhead precincts and the East Grand Forks precinct.
