I've been occasionally getting notices (attached in-line after the fold) from the Ohio Dept. of Jobs and Family Services with nonsense that doesn't apply to me because I went off unemployment almost 3 years ago. I seem to be getting them out of the blue recently.
I chalked it up to moronic government in action but the recent political wrangling made me think otherwise. Remember now, Ohio is governed by one of the biggest GOP douchebags ever in Kasich and, as a state, are infamous for voter suppression and shenanigans.
So I'm reading the outrage by the GOP about last months job numbers being rigged, then when Sandy hit the GOP was already fabricating a story about how the jobs numbers for this month were going to be delayed until after the election instead of being released on Friday the 2nd to help President Obama. Then I get this notice in the mail and it suddenly occurred to me... these jerks are somehow keeping me in a list of people seeking work to skew the job numbers for the election!? More people seeking work means higher unemployment, right?

I started getting notices such as this about 4 or 5 months ago. It's starting to make sense now...
Or am I turning into a conspiracy theorist extraordinaire?
