Superstorm Sandy was devastating and initial estimates of the cost of the storm are staggering. According to Time Magazine it could reach $60 billion! That is a lot of money. But wait . . .
...that staggering large number is less than the net worth of the combined wealth of Charles and David Koch.
Let that sink in. Whole communities have burnt down and have been washed away. A city's subway system was underwater. Power is out for days for millions of customers. Trees have fallen on houses and cars. Yet all that destruction does not equal the combined wealth of two men who have worked tirelessly to rig our political system in order to help them to further accumulate that wealth.
That is what we are up against. Get out and vote.
