We've seen the Sanford Police Chief step aside, the local Orlando Sentinel help attack Trayvon Martin and appear to defend George Zimmerman. You've also heard all the arguments of not rushing to judgment (Puhleaseee). Hold onto your anger manage buttons - Have you seen the Sanford Local Government's statement that the Martin parent's are mistaken? (Yes, pisses me off too - the whole Q&A of retort of the Sanford Gov is bound to cause more civil unrest - read the PDF [here]). But, has anyone asked the simple, real and most obvious questions;
"Did George Zimmerman identify himself as an Officer"?
"Was the 9mm Safety on or off"?
"Where's the Bruises and Blood"?
These are the questions apropos. The one's that need to be answered FIRST and Foremost. For there to be any validity to claims of self defense, a person must be 100% forthright. As per the cases of Ron Furman or (the Wikipedia links of) In re Brady and the case of In re Giglio. Once any "officer" has lied in the course of a legal action - all other testimony is not worth a grain of salt. As denoted on Wikipedia, Cops who lie to get convictions are known as Brady Cops. One has to wonder what you call an (purported) "officer" who lies to save their own ass? Because this issue of erroneous testimony - swings everywhere;
Brady evidence includes statements of witnesses or physical evidence
that conflicts with the prosecution's witnesses,[2]
Did Zimmerman "IDENTIFY" himself or show a Badge - as an "officer"?
Trayvon Martin was returning to his relative's house with a bag of Skittles. He had been looking for something to give his "to be" step relative (child) (Photo provided by Marinade Dave Blog [brand new DK'r]). We have no claims by the police that any crime had just transpired (though they may make up a new lie after reading this).
Nor do we have any testimony that George Zimmerman identified himself as an Officer, showed his gun or any badge - or said he was the Captain of the Neighborhood Watch. If not, then how would anyone act when being percievably "stalked" by someone?
What gives anyone the right to impeed someone on their way home?
If you look at the Homicide scene area, you will see that Trayvon was walking a direct path to his house. That Zimmerman had to get out of his vehicle and pursue Trayvon on foot down a pathway. All witness testimony states that the area where the incident transpired - is where people walk their dogs. This photo, also provided by Marinade Dave's Blog, gives us an overhead view of where it happened.
A better view with details showing even where the 7-11 was that Trayvon went to can be found at Google Maps (here). It denotes the walk and Homicide projected areas, as well as where Trayvon was going and where Zimmerman (purportedly) lives.
Was the Safety of Zimmerman's 9MM - ON?
Beyond the issue of, whether or not, Zimmerman identified himself as any authority (and there is no evidence in any statement to such). The other, most looming question is - "Was the gun locked, cocked and loaded with the Safety On". The story of Zimmerman's changes every single time. But the issue germane is that of whther it was legal use of brute force. It would seem to me that there are questions to ask of a "trained" (purported) "Captain' on his safety protocols.
UPDATE Purportedly Zim's Gun had a "trigger" safety
Fellow Kossack "
Calvin The Bold" has brought us his technical knowledge of the "purported" gun that George Zimmerman used to Kill Trayvon Martin. Though it has escaped CalvinTheBold that I am merely asking a question and thus his inference that is a "nonsensical" is haughtier upon a layman - the fact is he denotes there was a safety in place and that the shooting was not an accident. In his comment below (
here), he states;
The Kel-Tec PF-9, (1+ / 0-)
like many other semi-automatic pistols, does not have a manual safety; only an internal safety that prevents the gun from being fired unless the trigger is pulled.
So, the question of whether the safety was on is nonsensical. The internal safety (the only safety) is always on.
The gun is double-action only, so it does not need to be cocked once a round has been chambered; squeezing the trigger actuates the hammer to fire the round.
Where's the Bruises and Blood - Justifying Self Defense Claims
There is no question, that Zimmerman is claiming a scuffle took place. That is the total basis for his justification of self defense. Correct? So, it would seem prudent, especially of experienced detectives and police, that such questions needed to be addressed and answered in a clear and convincing preponderance of the evidence manner before you TURN LOOSE someone with a gun that just KILLED someone.
Released is the funeral director's statement that Trayvon Martin had no wounds - other than the bullet wound to his chest. There are no scratches, no bruises, nothing to indicate that there was this "1 minute long battle" that George Zimmerman claims transpired. This is such a glaring tell tale that even Fox News had to report it (here) - stating;
The funeral director who oversaw slain teenager Trayvon Martin's burial says the body bore no signs of a fight.
Richard Kurtz says there were no notable marks on Martin's hands, face or body other than the gunshot wound that killed him. Kurtz says he expected to see some marks if Martin had been in a fight

Just for those who may not have seen it, here is the Police Station video of George Zimmerman. It shows no bruises, no torn clothes, no evidence of a major battle and no apparent wounds of bloody/ broken nose and banged in back skull.
Specifically NO BLOOD
CONCLUSION
It appears that the police are not going to admit they did wrong in their "Rush" to find Zimmerman to let Zimmerman go. The only way to demonstrate that "Justice" is the number one priority here, instead of covering your arse. Is for an open investigation. The Sanford Police Department let a man, with a gun, who just killed someone - Go Free. The question any sane person has to ask[
"Will he kill someone again - or even commit suicide when charges come"?
There's no report that the Gun was confiscated or Zim's license to carry revoked. It would seem that the very first thing a decent government would do, is add protections to the public. The gun should be taken in, ballistics done and a person's right to carry a concealed weapon should be suspended - until 60 or 90 days. To permit a full review by a board of "indenpendence" to look at all the facts.
What do you think?
Rest in Peace Trayvon Martin - Justice Will Come
