Well, it looks like Round 2 in the battle for the Internet and freedom in the digital age has kicked into high gear. With CISPA passing the House today, one can only hope that the White House will actually back up its veto threat. To aid that, I've started a petition on Change.org in the hopes of doing what I can to build support and show the POTUS that there really are so many of us that are against this.
Quick note, the petition is actually registered under my real name, which is not much different from my name here.
I'm not too sure how far I'll get even to the first 100 signatures necessary for this to take off, but I would really appreciate the support of my fellow Kossacks here in making sure that our voices are heard at 1600.
Thanks in advance, everyone. Let's get CISPA out of the national conversation and get back to what really matters and really improving the quality of life for all of this great nation's people.
Veto CISPA and continue protecting freedom on and off the 'Net.
