Paul Ryan is not only running as Mitt Romney's running mate, but is also running for an eighth term in his House seat, WI-01. That gives us a unique opportunity--we can defeat Ryan twice in the same election, and thus ensure he goes back to Janesville in January. And for only the second time since his first run for Congress, Ryan faces a credible opponent in Rob Zerban. But Zerban's going to need a lot of help turning the hot lights on Ryan's record.
Ryan represents one of the most swingy districts in the nation. It was R+1 before redistricting, and from what I've heard it's R+2 now. And yet, Ryan has a lifetime American Conservative Union rating of 91. That's way, way, way too conservative for this district.
However, WI-01 takes in a large chunk of the expensive Milwaukee market, including Racine and Kenosha. So Zerban's going to need a lot of help to make his case. Click here to help Zerban tell WI-01 voters to vote against Paul Ryan twice
