In 1969 the world watched and listened and held their collective breaths as Apollo 11 made it's final decent. Tonight millions will be holding their breaths as Curiosity approaches Mars.
Some 500 million people watched the first moon landing on TV and countless others were glued to their radios.
As we wait tonight I thought it would be nice for those who were part of the 500 million + to share their stories of experiencing that historical moment.
