Conspiracy, because it doesn't make much sense to first do it, and unlike ACORN who reported the potential fraud, these people didn't. In fact, there maybe evidence registration forms were forged.
Conspiracy, first because the republican organization in Florida hired a known criminal, who has a conviction ( find, still a conviction) to run their registration process.
This could be the tip of the iceberg, because all the fraudulent registrations would require people to show up and cast votes. Which is the reason they hid it. They just didn't figure on getting caught. And is the second reason i say it's a conspiracy. The third reason, the republican organization dropped them like it's HOT!!
Now the republicans have another problem with hiring a known convicted crook. This would be his second offense we know of and the prosecution if they choose to act, could offer Nathan Sproul a deal.
Election fraud on this level, should be upgraded to conspiracy to corrupt and destroy our from of government. That's exactly what they are doing.
