Atop yet another typical Fox News article espousing the merits of heteronormativity sits a decidedly atypical sight: A photo of the same-sex couple who made headlines last year for being the first same-sex couple to get married at the Empire State Building.
Yep. Some mid-level producer over at Fox was probably scanning hurriedly through file photos of couples at weddings when his eyes latched onto one of a couple atop the Empire State Building, so he popped it into
this story on how feminism has left everyone confused in their roles.
Turns out the confusion was at Fox.
Of course, the irony was quickly realized and the photo of Lela McArthur and Stephanie Figarelle exchanging a kiss atop the Empire State Building has since been replaced by two sticks figures that are sure to be correctly male and female.
