TURN —The Utility Reform Network— is a nonprofit California grassroots consumer advocacy organization with an emphasis on justice for the poor and fairness for all rate-payers, winning uphill battles with the state Public Utilities Commission and with electricity, natural gas and phone companies for forty years.
TURN has grown to become the largest and most successful utility consumer advocacy organization in the state, racking up billions of dollars in savings for California consumers.

As a member since the beginning, I encourage all California kogs to take good advantage of what's offered, share with less fortunate friends and neighbors, and consider getting involved.
