Say what you want.
The bottom line is that President Obama campaigned all of 2012 on households paying more than 250K has to pay more.
The public GOT THAT BECAUSE THEY VOTED FOR THAT.
Now he is playing the role of "NEGOTIATOR IN CHIEF" which he continues to fumble the ball on? And now giving up his hand?
The Republicans are against the fence with no breathing room.
Eric Cantor is pushing the shiv into John Boehner so he can be the next Speaker of the House.
The House Republicans are writing history into making themselves the next WHIG PARTY.
So why is Barack Obama giving them, of all people, any breathing room on a deal?
Let me be real frank here, the majority of American families do not, repeat, do not make over 60K a year and this is with 2 adults and 2 children. There are more families on food stamps than EVER before. And remember this is under the Obama Administration, so let's not get it twisted. One fifth of children are on poverty, which is a damn shame since we have to watch the majority of MILLIONAIRE CONGRESS CRITTERS CLUB fight over the low end of rich at 400K? WTF IS GOING ON HERE?
The American Public voted. They had the last say. Why waiver? More importantly, it makes all these rich politicians, Barack Obama included look out of touch.
Who on this board is sitting around the millionaires club? Really, how many on this board? Many of us are working class stiffs. The stiffs who get up every day and have a schedule and go to a job. A stiff who can not understand why, we tax payers are paying for jackasses right now in Washington who get more vacation in a year than many of us may in a life time!!!
I am sick of it all. And Barack Obama should be sick of it also. Let this shit go down and be buried in the cliff and for all of us to start from scratch.
No more fighting over what is middle class because out here in the real world, 400K is not middle class.
