Halloween has many lessons for us as we work to improve our health and fitness. And pranks to play on us as well. What do you call "bobbing for apples" other than "exercise in frustration"?
Halloween, for me, as a kid, was a chance to dress in silly costumes and get free candy. While the candy is no longer an option for me, between food allergies and trying to be mindful of my eating, I've been known to dress in silly costumes still. Come in over the pumpkin ghost below for some spooky lessons. Or should those be lessens? :)
