in making Obama an one "term" president. That one term is "Obamacare." They tried to use it to disparage and ridicule the plan and the idea. Unfortunately now they are stuck with the term. However their plan has failed and will continue to fail. The dividends will slowly start to payoff especially after January 1st, when people finally see the results.
Had they realized how successful it would be, I am sure they would have used a different term to describe it. Now the success is clearly attributed to the one person they did not want to give credit to.
The problems with enrollment won't exist next year, as the enrollment peak subsidies and normal growth can be applied.
So Obama is a one "term" President, just not in the way the GOP originally thought they would use the one term term.
