It's time for another check-in on where we are at in 2014 with regards to Democratic challengers to GOP Congressmen/Congresswomen!
Upon further research, there have been additional Democrat challengers that have emerged. Rep. Tom Latham and Rep. Steve King, both in Iowa, now have Democratic challengers while there are a couple of Democratic challengers that have emerged in Oklahoma, in the 4th and 5th Congressional districts. Whether these are credible challengers is something that is called into question, given Oklahome is one of the reddest states in the U.S.
Which ones already have Democratic challengers?
Which ones have Democrats who are considering challenging?
Which ones really don't have any Democratic challengers?
In addition, below for each state with GOP-Held Seats, there are some comments left, along with contact information of state Democratic parties which are deemed to need more activism and fire in their troops given the demographics and industries of the states.

Feel free to point out any candidates we're missing from the list.
Aside from that, we are keeping a close eye out for all Democratic candidates, even the ones not normally covered on Daily Kos and not officially endorsed by Democracy for America.
The goal is, we'd like ALL of the GOP-held seats to have Democratic challengers and it doesn't matter whether or not these people have funds. We just want to support them but of course, we'd much rather support progressive Democratic candidates because, well, we agree with their politics. Yes, we know the obvious: Deep red districts are impossible to win.
But really, we are looking to build the Democratic Party, right?
