Judges in the armed forces legal system have gone on record stating that comments by the President regarding accused rapists in the armed forces have the force of orders from the commander in chief. Thus, these accused rapists are unable to obtain a fair trial. Case dismissed.
In that the President, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, has made similar comments regarding guilt, innocence, and penal servitude in the matter of Bradley Manning, a soldier under his command, then certainly the case against Manning must be dismissed since under the standard the armed forces judges have adopted regarding rapists should certainly apply to Manning.
