Just a quick note combining two disparate situations. The first, is the NRA and their adamant refusal for allowing background check expansions due to that being a back door to registration. The second, is the NSA spying.
Is it not beyond belief that gun shops and pawn shops submitting background checks for the purchase of a weapon are not recorded. As far as I know the check form is submitted to a particular government agency(ies) on line with digital data. oopsie.
They know you bought a weapon, they know the date, they know your address they know weather you bought a handgun or long gun. The only thing they can't get from the transmission is the actual make and model of the weapon.
So smile NRA ... you're on candid camera. So, to you freedomz loving a$$hats, get a clue.
