This is my guess as to what happens in the Breaking Bad series finale called "Felina".
FACTS & CLUES
Walt has lost a lot of weight so the chemo might not be working. He may be in his last few weeks of life.
He has nothing to lose and says he has some things to take care of.
Walt is very lonely and doesn't want to die alone. He said to the Ed one day you will come here and find me dead. Will you give this money to my wife?
Walt goes back to his old house in broad daylight and talks to his neighbor so he doesn't mind getting caught. She could call the police and they would be there in ten minutes.
Walt's old Gray Matter partners Elliott and Gretchen are too hard to get at so nothing happens to them. The Ricin may be for them.
He gets Albuquerque newspapers each month. On the front page of the newspaper was probably the murder of Andrea. She was shot in the back of her head on her front porch. It was done with no struggle and has Todd's handiwork all over it. Todd is a very big threat to Walter's family.
There was an US Army belt-fed machine gun and two boxes of ammo in the back of the brown car Walt bought. He must have needed it to kill Uncle Jack's psycho gang.
Jesse isn't any problem because he can't hurt Walt anymore. The truth about Walt is out. Jesse won't be part of the shoot out.
Lydia could be a threat, but much less a threat than Uncle Jack. She could be a target of Walt but he won't be able to get to her. Lydia symbolically represents global corporations and globalism and gets away with murder; and probably some money. The Ricin is for her, but I doubt that she gets it. She might have private plane access and gets out of the country fast, maybe to South America.
FINAL SCENE
Walt takes on Uncle Jack and Todd and kills them.
Walt get killed or wounded in the shootout. They find the bodies of Gomes and Hank. They match the bullet to Uncle Jack's weapons, so the DEA blames Uncle Jack for the murders and not Walt.
Walt is seen as doing a heroic act, but of course won't be considered a hero. If he remains alive he is in a prison hospital.
Jesse probably escapes. Jesse is underground and isn't noticed in the shoot out.
The money is found and goes to the government.
Skylar, Walt Jr, Holly, and Maria is okay. The government blames almost everything on Uncle Jack's gang.
Gilligan's woodworking clue may refer to a wooden coffin for several people.
MORAL to this series: CRIME DOES NOT PAY.
