Well, I had other plans for this diary, but my afternoon just got complicated, so I'm going to have to push it to next Saturday. But I know you're used to me posting food diaries, so I won't let you down this week. I've invited a
very exciting guest cook, Chef Steven Reed, to entertain us tonight.
First, hold onto your hats for his inventive take on spaghetti. Just don't ask where that pasta water went.
As if that wasn't impressive enough, Reed will now cook what he calls his "rice dish" for us...
